Help please! "White Ghost Shrimp"?

Yes I am a "Noob" to SW tanks, and I just set up my nano 24g not too long ago....It cycled pretty quick due to me putting in LR from a 3 year established SW tank, along with 20lbs of LS from that same tank....so all my parameters are perfect, and I currently only have the "clean up crew" in my tank (Turbo's, Astrea's, etc....) and a cleaner shrimp.....Now I was taking a close look at the tank tonight, and I noticed a TON (like 30!) of little white "ghost shrimp" looking things, they are VERY quick, curl their tails under like shrimp, and go in and out of the LR....they very in size, and then when I took a closer look on the glass, I saw a bunch of little babbies running around on the glass.....

Sorry, but I can not get a good shot of these little critters because they are way too fast, any idea what they could be?

Thanks for any help

Those of you saw are most likely pods: copepods. They are small crustasians living in liverock and sand bed, eating detritus and left overs. Very beneficial and will act as a nice prey in the food chain when you start to put fishes in.
