HELP RKE Net Module Problems

Hi there im having problems with my Net Module I have a new setup, was used but I seen it working in action... my controller is a RKE not the V 2.0 anyways my problem is that I am tryin to connect the RKE Net Module using the instructions from Digital Aquatics but cant get the darn Net Module working.

My delimma is I use the Net Detector from there site and I get this (see photo below)

Now when I click the link I had it working however the continuing issue of the error 107 code kept coming on my unit so I assumed maybe I should update the web page bin file to 2.09 ( the latest) now after I updated it the page no longer works just continues to load after I login with my creditials.

Also while having this 107 code I also have the ip address on the head unit reading 0.0.0.0 this was happening before and after I updated the webpage file. Ive tried to email cust support and they haven't gotten back to me in 5 days, emailed them again but im REALLY hoping some amazing reefer on these boards might know what to do.

Also I tried resetting the module by holding the reset button for 10 seconds.
What on earth am I doing wrong.

Please help me if you know what im doing wrong I am at your mercy guys lol

I would post this on the DA support forum. There are several guys on there that know the NET module very well.
