[Help] Six Line Wrasse - odd behavior - erect dorsal fin

Hello,
So I have a six line wrasse that I have had for awhile and he's been healthy and happy. Yesterday I got a long spine sea urchin and added it to the tank. The small puffer did not play nice with the urchin so it was promptly moved to a different tank.
Anyway, I am wondering if the six line wrasse could have possibly been stung. I do not see any wounds on him.
However, he has started doing more odd behavior including maintaining his dorsal spine in the erect position when he used to not do this. His swimming is still active and he is still eating vigorously. After observing him more I almost feel his pelvic fins are stuck straight out and he might be twitching more when swimming - but maybe that just me.
Any thought or comments on the situation?

And before you ask, tank parameters are not the issue.

i would consider holding off on the viagra/cialis dosing for the next little bit lol.
honestly though, if its eating and generally looks fine everywhere else i wouldn't put too much thought into it.
