So when I woke up yesterday morning, I noticed my six line had pink blotches... not familiar with this. He seems active as always, and I have not discounted predation, but all I have in the tank is cleaners, sally light foot, emerald green, and rest of CUC (crabs/snails/sand star) seems to be eating when I fed pellets, and does not seem labored. No other crazies. He has been in tank for 5 months or more. First time this happened.
I also have been checking on him through today, and cannot tell if it is clearing up per say, still has blotches.
One side looks worse than the other, with some scuffing perhaps.
All values are OK. pH does normal swing as always. 8.2-8.3
All other fish/inverts seem to be doing great.
Is this bacterial, scrapes, or stress? Tried researching online to no avail.
I belong to Michigan Reefers and no answers there to be found and I see this site...so I hope I can utilize you all!
Thanks!
