Help Spots and Holes

I have just noticed on my 2 B/W Clowns they have what looks like white edges around holes in there fins. I also am seeing white spots on my flame angle which has large white spots on each side around the gills any idea what these could be adding pictures.

I know in the picture it is hard to see but the clown has a little round hole in the tail that looks like somthing desolved it but as.
