Help starting a Reef Club

Anyone with experience with starting up fresh Reef Clubs please send me advice and any hints you have come across. I am trying to get one started in the Lexington Kentucky area. I would appreciate anyone passing along the do's and don'ts and problems they have run in to along the way.
