I have a couple leaks in my glass tank, is there a certain type of silicone I should use to seal it with. Are there certain ones that are aquarium friendly?
You can buy aquarium silicone at pet stores. Some Walmarts have it as well. The tough part is you need to remove the old silicone completely first before you can apply the new one. It is not an easy job because the area you are fixing needs to be free of old silicone, clean and dry.
So if you have a small and in-expensive tank then it is better to go get a new one.
