Help to i.d. Feather Tube

Hi, could someone help i.d. this feather tube, good or bad variety. And some white growths, mostly under overhanging coral rock, again good or bad.

It's probably just a harmless feather duster in the first two pictures. I'm not really sure about those white growths in the third picture though. Maybe a sponge of some sort?

The white sprouts are in several areas of the rock work. I've looked around on Reef Central, I haven't seen anything that looks like them.
Ordering a clean-up crew this week to control some of the algae.
