Can anyon here advise me on what to do, I have a bit of an emergency...

I returned home to find my tank full of bubbles where a snail had block a pipe thus causing the return of my sump to almost run dry...

this in turn has given my Tang the bends...

Its a Kole tang and hes still breathing but hes on his side at the bottom of the tank...

Is their anything I can do to help him... as in move him to top of the tank in a net or something?

Whats the best course of action and is he likely to die?

I'd just clear the plugged line and leave it alone. The tang is probably not getting enough oxygen, and you don't want to add to his already high stress level. Anything you do to bother him will only make it worse.

He should be fine one you get some circulation and aeration in there.

If you have an airpump on hand, adding an airstone to the tank would be a good idea.
