Help w/ editing.

My pastor is writing a national article in some kind of magazine or something. Can someone please edit these for me? I need the background to be completely white and to remove the shadows. And make him look as good as possible. It would be best if these could be done for tomorrow. Your help is greatly appreciated.

I've never really tried to edit portraits before but I took a quick stab at it. Do you have the original RAW by chance? That would be a much better way to process these. I'm guessing that you are going to need something in a much higher resolution if you plan to print these in a magazine.
