HELP!!! White film forming on the silicone corners of my tank

I NEED HELP! My tank is 7 weeks old, and here in the past couple weeks, there's been this white slimy film growing on just the silicone corners of my tank and no where else. It gets to the point where the current from the powerhead peels it off. I cleaned it once and now it's back. Another thing that concerns me is, I just added a maroon clown to my tank (the first fish) and he is eating it when it flakes off. When I first started my tank, I revamped my old freshwater tank and re-siliconed the corners, I used the marine safe silicone from DEP. Like I said, it just stared a couple seeks ago. Has anyone had this problem, know what it is or know what may be causing it? I've tried googling it with no success.

I had a white slimy blume on two of my tanks a year or so ago mine was really bad it grew on the glass in the rubber tubing and on the side of the pumps but not on the rocks or sand. It would accumulate in my circulation pumps. The stuff looks like white or clear snot. If you blast it off it will grow on a smooth surface that it attaches to. Does any of th is sounds familiar.

It's not growing on the glass or anywhere else except for just the silicone sealant along the corners. It's slimy but will peal off in sheets if you carefully pull at it. It's really odd! My clown fish have been eating it, if some of it falls off and they seem to be ok...

I have this on my Nuvo 38 when the magnet knocks it off it just floats around
