Help! White spot on Anthias

I just noticed this evening that my anthias has a white spot/hole at the base of his fin. She seems to be moving fine except she is not moving that one fin. It is 1 60g reef tank. I do not have a quarantine tank at the moment to put her in. Any ideas what it is and what I can do?
