Help?? White spots in my tank

I have all these white spots in my fish tank and I have no idea what they are. If anyone can tell me I would really appreciate it. The tank is a cold water tank with goldfish and two snails. Thanks

My best guesses are: Snail eggs, Baby Snails, or some sort of flatworm/planaria

Do they move?

They don't seem to move, however I only noticed them recently. But from what I can tell, they don't move....

Are they going to hatch? Am I going to have tons of snails? hehe, any suggestions on how to deal with this problem? Thanks again

I wouldn't call it a problem until you find out what kind of snails they are.

i have plenty of those,they dont seem to hatch.

Yes snail eggs, thats my vote as well. As far as dealing with them, just pull out you hair now! lol (get rid of the eggs before they do hatch)
