Help with 75 gallon

Brace on 75 gallon tank broke. Tank was made in 1996, with 3/8 inch glass. What do you guys think? Thanks!

it needs to be repaired for sure. But where did it break is the question. Cant advise on a my is broken. how do i fix my ......

Okay sorry. The plastic center beam broke. And I was debating whether to silicone the plastic piece or epoxy the plastic piece. So if I should use epoxy, what kind should I? Brand ect.

Is the tank glass? If so the brace should also be glass unless it has a plastic rim that the brace attached to. If the brace attaches directly to glass use glass and a good structural silicone (I use Momentive RTV or GE SCS1200) If you are going to use plastic or acrylic attaching to plastic, do not use silicone, it will not give you a good bond. Use Weld-On #4 solvent.

Replace the rim or replace the tank, jmo.
