HELP with ac jr

I just bought an ac jr setup from someone on here but I didn't get the instructions with it. I need to know how to set up the heater, and the lights. I have the heater plugged into the first outlet on the bottom row I have the lights plugged into the top 4 outlets. Where do I go in the programing and what do I do when I get there. If this is too hard to explain on here pm me and I will pm you my phone number or I could call you if that would be better.
