Help with ACjr. and IIS

I need some help setting up the default Aquanotes website with an ACjr. I have the serial option and it is always connected to a win xp pro computer with IIS v5 installed. When I go to connect to the localhost site it doesn't display the site. It doesn't seem to be communicating with the ACjr because I can uncheck the enable web box and the same page is displayed. It loads up a site page but this is what it looks like.

Once I log in with guest / guest, this is what I get.

Any ideas or more info needed please let me know.

Or what is the best way to port the info collect by the ACjr to a website.
