Help with an I'd

I got this as a frag about 12 yrs ago from the LFS. They barely knew what corals were at the time let alone SPS. It has died and come back a couple of times. Still has a great green color and shape. Thanks for looking!

No way to tell for 1 it is a crappy pic and another its color is not that great. All I can say it is a tabling acro.
