Help with chiller power supply

Here is a photo of the power supply to the chiller I use on my Seahorse tank. It stopped working and I am looking for a replacement. After doing a search and finding what is out there, I realized I can`t tell if what I am finding is compatible with what I have because electronics is definitely not my strong point. Can someone recommend a replacement? If the tip is different I can splice. Also, does the diagram under the "Safety Mark" indicate that the positive is on the inside of the plug and Negative is the outside. Thanks

Positive appears to be on the inside as you suspected. Finding a replacement isn't as complicated as you're making it out to be. You need to match voltage and amperage, make sure you get the polarity right of the plug.
