Help with configuring ACjr & DC4

I just acquired a used AC jr and a DC4HD and both units are not responding to each other.

The X10 addresses on the DC4HD are set to A01-A04 with all the jumpers SW1-SW4 to 'ON' to match the X10 addresses in the AC jr and connected with the four wire telephone cord that came with the unit. Then I went into the AquaController's Control & Status->Manual Control menu and set all the outlets to 'ON' position. With this manual test, I should get power to all the outlets on the DC4HD but only Outlet4 have power.

I also performed another test and run the DC4HD by itself with no connection to the AC jr and I can get power only from Outlet4.

Do you think I have my DC4HD is malfunction.

All 4 switches ON gives an address range of D13-16. Set all switches OFF for A01-04.

I suspect that the relay for outlet #4 is stuck closed. Sometimes they can be "unstuck" by a sharp knock on the floor or similar.

The jumpers SW1-SW4 are now in 'OFF' position and still no power from any of the outlets.
