Help with coralline algae identification. Pink, white, red?

So after doing some more reading it would seem that the white is probably bad, the coralline algae has died.

What about the red?

The white (picture #1) is dead coralline algae with either deep red coralline algae or cyanobacteria (it's cyanobacteria if it will rub off with a tooth brush) growing on the old dead coralline.
In picture #2 I see pink coralline and either again deep red coralline or cyanobacteria.
#3 does appear to be a feather duster.

yes coralline algae.. its not a problem..

thats a tube worm/feather of some sort..
I've got tons.. my sump is full of ones with white tubes/red feathers..

welcome to a new tank.. the new found life/creatures/sponges on "live rock" is the best part IMO..
very little if any actually causes a problem or is of any concern..

some stuff here and a few other places to help ID it for you..

Great info, Thanks mcgyvr and thegrun!

I did a little rub test with a toothbrush and it does rub off. So I'm suspecting that I do have a bit of Cyano. I guess back to the forums to do some reading on how I can get rid of it.

Oh the joys of a new tank!

cyano feels like slime bacteria and will easily come off with just a light finger swipe..
It could just be "flaking" off dead/weak coraline... it sure doesn't look like cyano to me from that red picture
