Help with cylcing my tank--Need a cup of live sand and some chaeto

Finally, after my tank crashed last summer during the San Jose heat wave I have decided to start over again. Hey Patrick, I have some chaeto if you want some. And when your tank's cycled, I can give you some frags to return the favor that you gave me with your frags a while ago when I was starting out. And I work in San Jose.
