help with dog face puffer

i cant get a picture, but it looks like there is ich on his fins only. i dont see it anywhere else on his body for know. but i am not sure what it is. is it possible to have it only on his fins?

Is it new? How long have you had him. The membranes on the fins sometimes look like they have small white dots on them but if they are all in a line then it probably is not ick. Both my puffers have this. If the dots don't line up then get him into Q tank asap.

i got him thursday and had him in qt ever since and i realized on friday that he had them by his fins and on them now it just on the fins

it looks like most of them are on the lines but also it looks bigger than ick
