4. When was the last fish added to this aquarium.

no,purchased from DD.

6. If you are using a copper based medication, which one? How often do you measure level? When?

8. Please describe in detail, the appearance of the fish? If there is one or more pimples, are they lumpy? What color?
One large cluster on forhead,small spot at begenning of top fin.pic included

9. Please describe the behavior of the fish as best you can. Is it acting reclusive? Is it always up towards the top of the aquarium? Is it avoiding light? How active is the fish?
acting fine.swims around,aggresive during feeding

10. Is the fish eating? What?
yes, everything i put in, Brine,Mysis,Rods,Flakes,Pellets even Algae sheets:eek1:

My swallow tail angel had it bad, took a couple months if I remember correctly to totally clear up. Keep water quality pristine as well.
 
just thought i should update...kept feeding with zoe,selcon..after a week the white lump went away but then top of his head,right below the top fin started decaying,,after 5 days a chunk about 1/4" was just gone...he went into hiding under his rock for a few days and has been MIA since...sucks..really loved this fish.no other fish show signs of what he had so i hope it wasn't contagious and just something specific to this fish..thanks guys.will post if he ever shows, but i doubt it.Happy new years!
