Help with ID? What is on my CBB ?

I thought this was ich. But it has been on the fish for over two weeks. It is on the tail fin and on the top. Any ideas?

All help is valued.

Also all parameter readings are good. I have only had the fish a little over 3 weeks. There was another of these things on it. Disappeared several days ago. The CBB is by itself in a 140 gallon tank. Eating live black worms really well. Very active and comes up to me when I walk by. I started to lower the salinity to do a hyposalinity treatment when I thought it was ich. Now I am not sure if I should continue. The salinity is at 19% currently.

Thank you,
Shelley

Thanks for the reply Chris

PS. My salinity is at 15%

So would you continue with the hyposalinity since he still is being quarantined? I would still have to finish lowering it a little. Or should I start raising it back up slowly? Opinions?

The CBB has been in quarantine since 9-18

I'm not a fan of hyposalinity as a treatment option. If you are doing it to prevent Cryptocaryon (ich), you need to keep it at SG 1.009 for 30 days. I prefer Tank Transfer Method (TTM) for Cryptocaryon.
