Help with Identification

I just purchased a new piece of live rock out of an established tank. In the live rock there is something that has long arms, black and looks hairy. It is scared by fish and goes in when they swim by. I tried to get a photo but it was hard to get a good pic. can anyone tell me what it is and is OK in the tank?
