help with measurement

I need to measure out ~20 mg of neomycin sulfate, can I use a 1/8 teaspoon measure or something like that?

You can't really do a weight to volume conversion without knowing a weight for a given volume. Can you weigh 1 gram or a tenth of a gram?

Itcame with a little spoon that broke, I used water to figure the volume of the spoon and then calibrate a substitue, should be close enough

super cheap really accurate digital scales on eBay come in real handy for that sort of thing. If it can wait until late Monday I'll measure some out for you.

What do I do to find them, search for "scale" ?

1/8 teaspoon will treat 10 gal. if you are using powder neomycin sulfate.
