Thanks.:D

Why not just tape around the legs. I wouldn't recommend trying to tip it with water, rock and sand in it.

Well I gess I can do that. I did not think of that good call murf but the tank is in the carpet pretty good and Kendra told me ether tip it or empty it she want's "NO" stane getting on the new carpet I dont have a loot of rocks in the tank yet so it wont be hared I have done it befor I just cant do it by my selff.

Lyn I can help, Give me a call how's about Friday afternoon.
Tipping could be bad; and it would it take several people to do it. Just get the waiver ready and you can sign it, that way if the tank breaks at the calk or cracks its on you. :) Are you taking the water out first.

a gallon of salt water weighs about 8.556 lbs (depends on the SG of your water). 45 gallons @ 8.56 = 385.2 lbs, not to include sand/rock/tank weight. I wouldn't do it.

We moved the 36 (at work) from 1 stand to another- We had no problems doing it. It was heavy but no problems. Only emptyed about 1/2 and only had to move 1 small rock. Sure looks nice on that new stand.
Knew you could do it Lin.
