Help with my BTA

My BTA has slowly began to shrink and is looking very upset. I'll start with the obvious questions I'll be asked. I have a 50 gallon cube and perform weekly 5 gallon water changes. Parameters are never fluctuating. Nitrates are low, phosphates, ammonia, calcium and the rest test normal each Friday when I test (also I discard test bottles after expiration dates a buy new ones) next, my temps are max 78 and low at 74. Salinity 1.025. I only use RO/Di for top off which is set with an ATO system. pH is monitored and always stable. And no other corals or even anemones in my tank have any issues but this one. I will tag before and after photos.

Dang i forgot to mention that. This is the interesting part.. I have been running GEN 2 Ecotech Radeon LED's for the past year or so (when I first got the BTA) I have recently switch back over to the ATI 24" SunPower T5HO (6 Bulb fixture) about 2 weeks ago hoping it would help my SPS growth and maybe even my BTA. SO far everything has been reacting GREATLY to the new light addition however the BTA still doesn't seem happy.

NOTE: The BTA decline began about 2 months ago, so there is no correlation between the Radeons and ATI lighting..

What kind of lighting are you using, how long ect.

Also to make note I've always had my lights on an 8 hour cycle. 2 hours atinics then 4 hours full spextrum , then finally two final hours of atinic. When I had the Radeons I only ran them at 60% at their highest point.

It has been running since December 2013 in this tank. I switched from a 50 gallon acrylic back then. Prior to the switch it has been up since march 2013
