Help with my Torch

I need some advice... I got this Torch as a gift 2 weeks ago. It's a good size and I've got it at the bottom of my tank with a moderate amount of flow. There appears to be an area in the base of the right side head that doesn't look good. It actually is getting bigger and looks like a chunk was taken out of it. My basic parameters are all perfect. I've been feeding the tank Reef Builder and frozen brine/mysis. Any one ever seen this before and have a suggestion as to how to help it? I don't want to lose it-it's a real beauty!

The torch wouldn't be fully extended because the polyps are sensitive and scraping on the sand is likely irritating them. Find the coral a permanent home off the sandbed and those two that are mostly retracted should start doing better. That other head is dead. It happens. Did you buy it like that or did it die in your tank?
