Our clownfish that we have had for over 3 years is acting like he is sick. On it's left side its got some white cotton looking stuff (don't think it's ick but not sure). The other fish in the tank are healthy and no spots. We have recently added some new corals (SPS, LPS, and soft) would it just be stress?? Any suggestions on how I should treat him. He is still eating but just lays on his side in the leather it host in. Thanks.

Hi Thanks for the quick reponse. The cottony looking stuff seems to be on his back now. He is still laying on the side that has most of the cotton on it. I think he might have gotten stung by an anenome or plate coral we have in our tank. If so, is this just a reaction to being stung? What other signs should I be looking for? If this is from a sting and is the cotton stuff I've read about on this site do I just wait it out or try treating him with something? Any suggestions would be appreciated - we've had him for 3 years and don't want to lose him. He's part of the family.
