I need some help with designing an overflow for a 180. I would like a center overflow. I am using a Sequence Dart pump (approx. 3000 gph). I was planning on using 2 2" drains and 2 1" returns. The box size would be about 12x8" centered. First off, can I get away with using 1.5" drains instead of 2. I ran the calc and it said 2.26" dia drain, so I figure 2x1.5" would be ok. Second does anyone have the dimension across the face of a 2" bulkhead? I'm ordering this tomorrow (2-1) so time is of the essence. Thanks.
