Help with setting up a 34 gallon Clown/Anemone tank

Hey all so I am picking up a 34 gallon cube tank this Friday and transferring my stock in my 40 gallon into this tank. I am trying to finalize how exactly I want this tank to look. I know I want the focus to be my pair of saddleback clowns and an anemone but I just have a couple of questions about stock and equipment I am hoping you all can help me with.

1) I am torn between a sebae(H crispa) and a haddoni for my anemone of choice. Based on what I have read both are the natural host of saddlebacks. I like the color of the haddoni but they are a bit more challenging to take care of very predatory. I currently have a pair of blood red shrimp that I want to keep. Do you think the haddoni would eat them? Also could I get a goby/pistol pair with these anemone's? Or is the tank too small.

2) Do you think a Kessil 160 would be enough light? IF not would a kessil 360 or Radion xr15 work? I know most people who have Kessil 360 or something of equivalent strength on these size tanks have the intensity dialed WAAAY back. That is why I am asking about the Kessil 160.

3) About how deep should I make the substrate for a haddoni?

4)I would like to have a "garden of some sort" if possible to complement the anemone. I am thinking of either acan's, zoas, or riccordea. Any opinion on keeping these with nems?

Thanks guys!

SO after some research I think I am going to go with Macrodactyla doreensis. They are sand dwelling which I like, they are not too difficult to keep and they are not known fish eaters. My question for lighting remains the same and I know these guys need a deep sandbed(3-5"). How do you guys maintain such a deep sandbed? And if I am not mistaken these are also the natural host to saddlebacks right?
