Help with slow growth

Here are some pics of my tank. The color rendition is terrible from a phone camera and LED lighting. The purpose of the pics is to give an idea of the amount and size of the corals in the tank.

180 gallon tank with 50 gallon sump. Flow from two MP40's and two Koralia 1400's and a Danner 12 return pump.
Alk was being kept at 9.5 and CA at 440. I am reducing ALK to 7.5 as tht seems to be recommended if carbon dosing is used. I am dosing 100 Ml of vinegar daily. PO4 was tested at .03 and Nitrates at 1 on Saturday. These results are up from .01 and .5 the previous week. Ph is staying about 8 during peak lighting and drops to 7.75 overnight. I have Cheato in my sump which is lit with a cool white 6700 lumen LED overnight.

I think my growth is slow as my ALK consumption is ony about 6 PPM (.336 dKh) per day.

My fish load is shown in my signature and I feed dry flake 2x's per day and 18grams of homemade frozen 1x per day. I also hang about 4 strips of nori on two clips, total size would be a sheet 3 x 6 inches.

My lighting is from 3 Hydr 52's and the settings are
RB & DB 100
R & G 15
CW 40
V 50
UV 25
Set at 90% intensity.
I also have a 60 inch 80 watt ATI actinic across the front and a ATI blue plus across the back.
Par at the tops of the highest and most centered corals under each LED is about 440

What can I do that I am not doing or what should I not be doing.

Just striving for a beautiful SPS tank and would appreciate any advice you great folks can send my way, os some day I can be advising others what they should do.

Increasing uv to 35 over time will help imo
Po4?
Do you feed? If carbon dosing always a good idea

See my original post - PO4 = .03
What do you mean by feed? I feed the fish, as stated. I don't specifically feed the coral as I read often that with heavy feeding fish poop should do the trick.
