help with spots

i added a new heater yesterday since mine blew up last month,,,i know stupid to wait now the tank is at 79.0 i put the heater in yesterday now i notice these white spots on two of my fish my foxface and my blue angel,,,, i did had a new puffer fish and tube worms is thier a easy way to protect from lossing my babys? im real worried,,,

QT fish and start treatment and fish less in DT.

Its look like micro-bubbles all over the tank and I can't tell what spots you're referring to. A gradual rise in temp to 79 is no big deal. Parasites can't infect your fish unless the parasites are already there. If this is a parasite infestation; there is no "easy" way. The easy way is to quarantine all new fish so so no parasites enter the system.
