Help with Sps

Hello,

So i purchased a piece of branch that had some dying sps on them. i decided to cut all the dead stuff off and keep the 2 pieces that had flesh on them. Since i bought them it seems like they did grow some flesh. If there anything i should be doing to "save" them? Advice? I moved them up to my powerhead and closer to the light. what should i do? and what kind are they?

i agree on the ID. probably better off fragging the good pieces and going for a few new colonies from the base up. the dead skeleton isnt going to regrow so a healthy start would be best for it..
