Help with stuff on my zoas

This is my first tank. It is a biocube 29 saltwater reef. I am having some trouble with my zoanthid. It has not opened in weeks and now has white stuff on it.

My tank is one month old.

Nitrites 0, nitrates 0, ammonia 0, ph 8, ca 400, SG 1.025, ca 400, alk 9.2 and mg 1320.
I have 2 clowns, 1 fire fish and one banggai Cardinal fish
1 torch coral 1 hammer coral 1 open brain coral 1 ricordea mushroom 1 zoanthid. I just removed a tree sponge that was dying (should have never gotten it)
I moved my zoa twice because of having to rearrange rock. I have added a power head to give it more flow and the uv sterilizer otherwise all is stock. Temp is 78-80 usually at 80. No clean up crew yet. Just noticed white film on zoa this morning. Dosing reef energy every other day. Dosing reef foundation 2-3 times a week. Any help appreciated.
Read to do a dip in Bayer to see if it's pest. Anyone have any clues as to what this is.

It is hard to tell with that pic but it could be a bacterial of fungal issue.

I have had good luck once with a peroxide dip (4 part tank water to 1 part 3% peroxide) for about 5 minutes. This can be rough on them though.
