Help with torch polyp extension

I have a couple torches that have extremely long extension but around the one month mark (give or take a week) they start to lose their libido. One is a Todd's and two others that I got recently started to do the same. I have a 90 gallon with a 4 bulb tek fixture ati bulbs (2 blue, one white, and one pink) the torches are on the lower half of the tank. My nitrates are at (3-4ppm) and my phosphates which I admit I rarely check due to running gfo and having chaeto in the sump that never wants to grow. I hardly have any algae growth at all on my glass or live rock. I have no other problems with polyp extension from any other of my euphyllia except for an orange frogspawn that seems to be in the process of splitting. I was wondering if alkalinity maybe a contributing factor?
I usually run at about 9.5dkh. I have a nice flow on all my torches theyre not being whipped around violently and they're not in a dead spot either. How do I best keep these torches happy? Anything anybody notices if a certain parameter is off the torch loses its extension?
