Help with yellow tang. Not ich

My yellow tang has developed a spot at the very tip of its top fin. Dorsal? Anyhow, it's not ich and it's only in this one spot. I know a pic would help, but I've been unsuccessful in getting one that would make an I'd easy. If I get a good look at it, it almost resembles a tiny clear sack with hits beads.. The whole size can't be much more, If at all bigger than 1mm. Seems healthy and eating ok otherwise.

Look anything like this?

It does look like that. What is it?

Lymphocystis, a virus. It usually just goes away on it's own. But you can help your Yellow Tang's immune system fight it off by feeding nutritious vitamin enriched foods and maintaining excellent water quality.

My tank was without power for 6 days from the snow. My tank took a beating to say the least. I'm actually surprised any fish were saved.
What should I keep an eye out for? Is it going to end up dying?
Thanks for the id!
