Help Worms In Aquarium Harmful Or Not!!!

So there is this pink worm in my aquarium, pics posted it can get fat and skinny it self out, about 3 inches long.... Is it bad???

most of that stuff isn't bad. lots of the time it's a detrivore (eats fish crap and leftover food)

The one you got there is a good one. This one that I pulled out of my 90 gallon a little while ago. It was identified as a Fireworm. See the coloration difference. I found it eating on a SPS colony one night. It is in a regular sized coffee cup and strunk up a little in there. It was about 10-12 inches long and very white bristles on it.
