How about some info about...
Alkalinity, PH
Calcium, Magnesium
PO4, Nitrate
Light
Flow

Checked for Zoa Predators? Zoa Pox?

If all of them are unhappy its likely your water parameters, flow or light...Im sure others will have some good ideas whats going on once you can give us some more info...

alk 9
calcium 480
phosphates .08
mag 1260
ph 8.1
7200 gph flow in a 95 gallon with a 100 gallon sump
just 4 collonies i have others that are doing fine

Posting this in the Zoanthid forum, instead of the Soft coral forum, might get you more suggestions, advice and help. Did you dip or treat them with anything? I'd suggest dipping them in Melafix. Might have Zoanthid eating Nudis. They're almost impossible to spot, as they are typically the same color as the Zoanthids they're eating. Dipping will kill the nudis, but not the eggs. You'll need to inspect the colonies very closely, for egg masses. I suggest using a magnifying glass.
