Help!

Hey, I just received a Ricordea Florida Coral yesterday and I put it in my tank and today its seem to be (melting) i think it still has its color and its skirt is hanging off , Its about the size of a quarter and i have it under an actinic light please help idk what to do........ I tested Everything and it is right!!!

Its skirt just fell off.. will it grow back idk whats happing! someone please help

What are your water parameters like?
Temp, Salinity, PH, Ammonia, Nitrite, Nitrate, and Alk are the most important.

What kind of light and flow is it getting? Pics would also help.

If it is falling apart, that doesn't sound good, but if you pamper it, it may regrow. Mushrooms are pretty hardy.

did you acclimate it..also how was it shipped..overnight? If it is melting don't think you will have much luck unless a small portion of it survives then it will grow back..stranger things have happened..good luck..

Hey guys guess what my Ric is doing a 100% better than it was yesterday!! Mine loooooves the light i got it at the top of the tank and its top tentacles are doing great and the bottom tentacles are doing ok i guess ...Is this because the skirt fell off or what?/ Anyway i got it at a slant and i was wondering if the bottom tentacles are not getting enough light should i flatten it out so all the tentacles get the same amount of light???!!
