my clownfish are covered with little white fuzzy dots...i think its clownfish disease...what do i do? they are in a 120 gal reef

If you want to try a self-diagnosis, you can go to this site and find links for diagnosing fish diseases:

If the spots are from either Marine Ich or Marine Velvet, you will need to capture the fish(es) and treat it in a hospital tank. It's not likely to be Brooklynella, if that is what you mean by "clownfish disease."
