Unfortunately, most likely. Goniopora and to some extent, Alveopora are succeptible to tissue necrosis. Which when it hits, it hits HARD.

Are you currently feeding it? These corals really benefit from planktonic type foods like DT's, oyster eggs and plankton.

Yes i cultivate my own phyto for a long time. I feed the tank 3 times a week. I also feed plankton and Coral munch (ERIC"S recipe.

If you cultivate your own phyto, and you have a good supply, I would be feeding it everyday til it shows improvement.

This is probably a little late, but your coral has a brown jelly infection. In its current state of overall health, it would be nearly impossible to stop.
