use a powerhead to blow it off or a soft tooth brush gently. they look like button zoas

-Keep them in low light/shade for now to prevent further stress.
-Take some water (***that you have acclaimated the frag in) and put it in a small container and shake the frag in the water to loosen up the gunk on the frag. You can do this while you are doing an Lugol's dip. Once you have loosened up as much as possible discard that water and return the frag. At this time you can inspect the frag for any pests. (Hopefully you have done that already)
At this point they probably won't feed yet since they seem stressed out.
Just my two cents. Keep us posted on the progress and good luck.
