Ok this may seem a bit strange & sorry for my ignorance.

I want something to do this :

Turn on my lights at a certain time & turn them off.
Tell me my PH
Tell me the temp & turn my lights off if it gets to high & turn the fans on right after the lights go on
Run my power heads & i want to be able to press a button to turn them off when i feed.

What kind of system is this. I only have about 400 to spend on this.

Your looking for a controller. You will have to shop prices and features. Some are better then others and will typically demand a higher price. It's your job to decide if the extra money is worth the extra benefits. I like Aquatronica and Reefkeeper II. I doubt you will get either one for $400 but you might get lucky.

GO with the Reef Keeper Elite it just came out a perfected version of the RKII

wow that reefkeeper elite looks like just what i need ! have you all used it before ? marinedepot.com is out of stock this moment.

Here's a link to the one that I'm using. It's very upgradable but a lil more pricey on the front end. I've been very pleased with it's performance. They also have a new model coming out very soon.
