So I had a yellow stripe maroon that took to my bubble tip for about 2 weeks and I just introduced a regular white banded maroon, the gold banded chases the other ones round the tank. I put them both together in a small tupaware so they can get used to each other. They were in over night and when I checked they were sleeping together. The new white banded was all over the gold one and the gold one was allowing it. After 24 hours I let them both free back in the tank and the same behavior ensued. I now have them back together in the tupaware and they are getting along fine again. How long should I leave them in the container before I let them back in the main tank? https://vimeo.com/115726731

They should get a chance to pair up in the tank. Keeping them in a small container for a long time is not a good thing. Maroon clowns can be very aggressive to each other even as a mated or bonded pair. So just let them do their thing in the tank. Good luck!
