I ordered a Vortech battery backup on Sunday night, got my invoice on Monday......still no tracking information or any indication that my order has shipped. I know it doesn't seem like it's been that long but I live just 45 miles north of you and it has never taken more than one day to get my order (with standard shipping). I have emailed customer support, with no response. What's up ? I have always received top notch service from you.
