Just wanted to say hi... Long time reader first time poster. Been in this hobby for years I work in this field and went to school for it. Never been big on msg brds but thought it was time I caught up

I have a custom 250 I built into my wall when I had my house built in 04. It has aprox 100 gallons of refugium and runs an Inland 250 scrubber. I started with skimmers and IMO are not worth the trouble ecspecially if a person understands the science behind them. I return aprox 2800 gph . The tank is in its 3rd morph. I sprung a leak a little over a year ago and had to tear the tank down to repair. At that time I decided to try a fish only tank. Fish only are very neat tanks but removes alot of need to "tinker" so I am getting bored and prolly will resort back to reef again. Never a dull moment in reefing I run 3 400 w halide and 200 watt actinic. (when it is a reef tank)
Auto top offs and light/heater controllers. I have had more tanks then I can remember over the years.
