Hi, helping setting up for auto water changes

Hello, I just got a Biocube 29 gallon and it came with a Liter Meter with two pumps. The previous owner said he got it for automatic water changes but never hooked it up. I just want to know which chamber should the two hoses go in? The first chamber is really the only one that is full. The other two chambers are not as full of water. Thank you!

It goes in the section with your return pump.

The auto wc set up I made pulls water from before the return section, adds water to the return section, that way it doesn't pull out new water. My ATO turns on briefly in the half hour the water change is happening, nothing drastic. Just check salinity every few weeks, you may need to adjust ever so slightly.

I should have clarified my answer, the input line with fresh saltwater should go into the return pump section, the suction line removing old saltwater is best if it draws from your skimmer section, Ideally after a filter sock or other mechanical filtration so you don't pull detritus into the suction line.
