I have very hard water and even after RO/DI and mixing with sea salt my ph seems to be between 8.5 and 8.6. Any suggestions?

Hmmm, new RO/DI filters maybe? After running through those units, your water shouldnt be "hard" anymore, it should be basically empty.

If you've got corals, you could invest in a calcium reactor. They run CO2 to dissolve the media and put calcium into your tank, they can also lower pH since the CO2 is acidic.

Thanks, using a PH-200 HM Digital ph meter. Guess I will recalibrate b4 I worry about it too much.
